anti tech tech club (attc) dreams of a present world in which technology can empower us to live more connected and fulfilling lives through intentionality and awareness.

attc dreams of a shared commitment to participating in our lives with unbounded imagination, curiosity, and play because these are our means for joy and connection.

attc dreams of a tree-like community, grounded by a trunk but made beautiful by all its leaves and branches, changing through seasons but growing with the water of time.

the anchor of attc will be the party: human-to-human, ephemeral by design, messy and imperfect but real. although we will use tech along the way, this is not an app or an ai matchmaking algorithm; it is an evolving, shared space to discover friendship, art, dating, music, dancing, silliness, and joy.

in between parties, we will strive to be amorphous and chronically offline. stay connected through a monthly newsletter, join ad-hoc projects - or - meet each other in the wild.

i believe the opportunity for community is right in front of us; it is already here. the question is whether you, we, will show up for it.
